Payment Selection Plans
One-Time Annual Payment
Parents may choose to clear the entire academic year's fee in a single transaction before the start of the academic session. This ensures peace of mind with no subsequent deadlines to track throughout the year.
Term-wise Installments
To ease the financial commitment, the annual fee can be split into two or three convenient installments. Specific due dates for each term will be communicated via the School Diary and Parent Portal.
Accepted Payment Modes
We offer multiple secure digital avenues to remit your child's school fees. Please ensure you save transaction reference numbers for your records.
Online Payment Gateway (Preferred)
Log in to the Scientific Study Parent Portal using your registered mobile number. You can instantly pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Receipts are generated automatically.
General Fee Regulations
- Fee schedules must be strictly adhered to. Late payments will incur a nominal late fee penalty as per the management's discretion.
- In case of admission withdrawal midway through the academic year, fees for the completed terms are strictly non-refundable.
- Students with outstanding fee arrears will not be permitted to sit for term-end examinations or receive their final report cards.
- Transport fees (if applicable) are charged for 10 months and must be paid alongside the tuition fee installments.
